Our simple, straight-forward full-service process
Discovery Call
Our initial discovery call, typically lasting 30 minutes or less, helps us connect and gain a clear understanding of your interior design project. This conversation is essential for determining if we’re the right fit for your project’s needs, scope, budget, and timeline. By the end of the call, we’ll outline the next steps to advance your project.
2. Consultation
During a consultation, we’ll explore your design project in detail, discussing your goals, ideas, and specific requirements. We will visit your space in person, assessing its layout, unique features, and how it interacts with elements like sunlight and flow. We’ll take photos, review your design preferences, budget, and timeline. This consultation allows us to craft a tailored proposal, estimate, and schedule for your project. It’s also a chance for us to get acquainted and address any questions you may have about working with us.
3. Proposal and Contract
We will provide you with a proposal outlining the investment estimate, timeline, and services for your project. Once you review and approve the proposal, you’ll sign it and make the initial design fee payment.
4. Conceptual Design Meeting
This meeting is designed to finalize your project’s scope, layout, investment estimate, and aesthetic direction. We will thoroughly document your space and conduct a trade day to assess the feasibility of the design and gather preliminary estimates.
5. Final Design Meeting
During this meeting, we will present the finalized floor plans, renderings, and all final selections.
6. Purchasing and Execution
We handle communication with vendors and trades, manage orders, track deliveries, and address any issues that arise. For projects involving construction or renovation, we provide project management services, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the process, including deliveries.
